Over the past 35+ years, Magnetite has installed over 5-million insulating window panels across the globe. After being picked up by the Sears Home Improvement Division, Magnetite began growing at such a blistering rate that it was recognized by Inc. 500 as one of the nation’s fastest growing privately held companies in 1993.
Magnetite wanted to refresh its website, which was previously developed in 2010. It was beginning to look out of date and not attracting its target demographic. Magnetite wanted a new website that would position itself as a more modern and professional company. They also sought to have a window measurement tool that would alleviate some of the customer service obligations.

To achieve a more modern look, we leaned into their existing brand colors and moved away from the traditional black and white of the old website. To showcase the professional and people-focused side of the company, we leveraged video testimonials throughout the entire site. To free up the customer service staff, we developed an advanced form that allowed customers to input all their exact measurements, reducing a lot of back and forth that previously was unavoidable.
